Who Am I?
I am a woman who inspires, reflects, and offers insight. If you need help with intimacy, integrity or leadership take action and book a 30 minute session.
Beyond degrees, a corporate sales background, global travels, and endless self-help books, classes, and one-on-one work—I teach from lived experience. I have guided people through the corporate world and specialize in shadow work. What does that mean? Carl Jung’s description—to uncover repressed emotions, hidden fears, and unacknowledged traits. In other words, I can see and sense your shadow, your masks, what you have buried – because I hid too.
If you want to know more about me, I lived the traditional life controlled by what society told me was important. Until I asked the question, Who Am I? That is what changed every single aspect of my lif. It led me into therapy to face childhood traumas, and it began my deep life of self-realization. It took me on a decade plus of international travels – where I attended courses and workshops and touched down on sacred lands – having experiences that changed me in ways I don’t recognize who I once was. The lessons I have learned and the challenges I have overcome are what helps me to see what others are facing more clearly.
I also had to overcome bodily shame by getting better acquainted with my body. Unexpected romantic encounters in foreign lands challenged religious and societal beliefs that had control over my mind and body until I faced my fears. Not one step of my awakening has been easy, but it has shown me resilience and unwavering commitment to know and speak my truth.
As a child, I was highly empathetic but the school system didn’t cater to nurturing learners who process thought through feelings. If you were shamed for your sensitivity you may be hiding from your greatest gifts as I once was.
Today, I may be seen as an intelligent, bold woman with unshakeable confidence and a deep presence, however it’s important to note that I once was a shy, people-pleasing, codependent, with no boundaries– prior to my radical change. I learned so much that I am passionate about helping others find their own authenticity and personal power.
I care, and I listen deeply. I give homework that is fun and challenging.

Who do I support?

Men who lack emotional maturity because society never taught them how to self-develop, but rather to attach to status, to provide, and to seek validation outside themselves. This often leads to deflecting and dismissing their emotions and the feelings of others.
Our future is about a balance that isn’t just focused on profits but also compassion and intuition. If you’ve only developed a logical mind there’s a whole other side waiting for you to embrace. I can help you find it.
